Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through RaidLabs, including VIP subscriptions and donations.

1. VIP Subscriptions

  • VIP subscriptions grant access to additional features and perks as described at the time of purchase.
  • You may cancel your VIP subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain VIP access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refund requests for VIP subscriptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis if made within 48 hours of the initial purchase and the VIP benefits have not been substantially used. Contact us through our Discord server to request a refund.
  • Refunds will not be issued for partial billing periods, renewals where cancellation was not completed before the renewal date, or dissatisfaction with features that were accurately described at the time of purchase.

2. Donations

  • Donations are voluntary contributions to support the operation and development of RaidLabs.
  • Donations are generally non-refundable, as they are not tied to the delivery of a specific product or service.
  • If a donation was made in error (e.g., wrong amount, accidental duplicate), contact us within 48 hours and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through our Discord server and open a support ticket. Please include:

  • Your Steam display name or Steam ID.
  • The date and amount of the transaction.
  • The reason for your refund request.

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback (payment dispute) with your bank or payment provider for any VIP subscription or donation — instead of contacting us for a refund — will result in a permanent ban across all RaidLabs services, including:

  • All RaidLabs game servers
  • The RaidLabs Discord server
  • The RaidLabs website (raidlabs.net)

This ban is permanent and non-negotiable. If you have a billing issue, please contact us through Discord first so we can resolve it together. We are happy to work with you on legitimate refund requests.

5. Service Changes

RaidLabs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue VIP features or the Service at any time. If we permanently discontinue VIP features for which you have an active paid subscription, we will issue a prorated refund for the remaining unused portion of your subscription period.

6. Banned Accounts

If your account is banned for violating our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for any remaining VIP subscription time or donations. You are responsible for adhering to the rules of the Service.
